Service Fees & Royalties for Wholesalers

The Grey Market charges a 1% Service Fee for each NFT minted through a Wholesale Contract. The Service Fee applies to item's Wholesale Price, and is split off automatically at the moment of purchase.

A set royalty fee of 1% is applied to any NFT sold through the secondary market. The 1% royalty is charged on top of any royalty fee charged by the contract owner (which can be set at a maximum off 99%). As an example: an NFT sold for $1.00 on the secondary market, that has a 10% Wholesaler's Royalty will direct $0.10 to the Wholesaler, and $0.01 to the Grey Market. This is done to protect the platform from the loss of revenue that would occur if Wholesalers were to collude with Resellers to avoid having to pay sales tax.
